What does Soni International do?
We design and manufacture jewellery for brands, retailers and designers. We have been based in Jaipur, India, since 1917.
Do you offer private label jewellery manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture jewellery for other brands under their own name, either to your designs or developed with our design team.
Which countries do you export to?
We export to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per order. Lower quantities can be discussed and are subject to approval.
How long does production take?
Our usual production time is 4 to 6 weeks.

2. Materials and processes
Which materials do you work with?
Platinum, gold, silver, brass, aluminium, zinc and steel; gemstones; and non-metals such as glass, resin and wood.
Which processes do you carry out in-house?
Casting, laser cutting, CNC, 3D printing, stamping, chain and tubing, stone setting, enamelling and plating, with quality checks at several stages.
What gemstone work do you offer?
We offer full customisation for every design, working with a wide range of stones. Our team of 180 wax-setters sets approximately 775,000 stones per day.
Which plating and protection options do you offer?
Our precious-metal plating options are gold, rhodium, platinum, palladium, silver and ruthenium. Protection options include anti-tarnish (nano coating) and E-coating. We also offer colour plating and imitation plating.

What is your production capacity?
We have a production capacity of 8 Million+ pieces per annum.
How many people work at Soni International?
We have more than 1,500 master artisans and employees.
What facilities do you operate?
We have three state-of-the-art facilities and a 160,000 sq. ft. export unit in Jaipur’s Special Economic Zone.
Who works on design and development?
Our team includes 84+ design & development executives crafting every detail to match our client partners’ unique vision.
How is quality checked during production?
We use a quality management system with multi-stage inspections across every touchpoint, from the first design to final delivery.
4. Responsibility and certifications
Which certifications and memberships do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 (Intertek, UKAS), Responsible Jewellery Council, Sedex, Global Recycled Standard, Higg Index, Positive Luxury and the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030.
How do you manufacture responsibly?
Our solar plants produce 194,221 kWh of renewable energy a year. We recycle 100% of our metal, and treat and reuse 100% of our wastewater.
What does the Soni Foundation do?
Through the Soni Foundation, we have planted 10,000+ trees across Sitapura and Kukas, Rajasthan. The Soni Foundation supports government schools with critical infrastructure upgrades such as energy-efficient lighting, push-type water taps, and waste-management systems. Each year, we organise blood donation camps for our employees in collaboration with Mehak NGO.

How did Soni International’s heritage begin?
Our forefather, Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Johari, pioneered the pearl trade, bringing Basra’s finest pearls to India’s esteemed royals. Our story spans five generations, beginning in 1917.
